All of the items in our shop are handmade and as such, the time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. Most items are shipped within 1-3 business days, although certain more custom products may take longer. For details, see individual items. If you need something by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order and/or leave a note at checkout and we will contact you if necessary.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns and Exhanges
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on unworn non-custom items. Please contact us with in 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
We don't accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Face masks
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
